Plumbing
Run new plumbing lines
Complete rough plumbing
Complete finish plumbing
Install stack vents correctly and to code
HVAC
Install a new house heater
Run new supply and return ductwork to all rooms
Flooring
Install flooring in all rooms (entire house)
Drywall & Painting
Drywall repairs and finishing as needed
Interior painting after drywall work is completed
We are looking for reliable, efficient professionals who show up, work clean, and do not waste time or materials. You must be experienced in your trade and able to complete work without hand-holding. Payment is made as work progresses — cash, check, CashApp, Zelle, Venmo, etc.
